We would like to discuss a better way to show relevant “upcoming events” and registration deadlines.  It would be great if you can schedule this for the latter portion of the week of March 30th.

I can schedule a meeting sometime next week with you to discuss the events in your site. Before we meet, can you give me some background/details regarding what changes you are trying to do to the site? I’d like to get a better understanding so that I can properly assist you during our meeting. Also. which days would work best? I’m available Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
