Office Hours for Boulder School Application

Issue/Request:

Currently the application for the Boulder Summer School is found on the research website at http://boulder.research.yale.edu/cgi-bin/application.pl. Since there is a push to move things off of the research server I need help in finding a way to do a similar thing in our Drupal 7 environment. If this is not possible I will need help finding out who to ask for help.
