Offer downloadable documents in different formats

Dear Yale Sites Team,

We would like to offer our YQI community some downloadables. Documents such like a ppt slide, which they could use as a closing slide in their ppt presentation. Our logo in different raw formats etcetera.

We’d like the way of having a list of the downloadables accompanied by a small icon which then ‘explains’ the format/extension/type of document, like you can see more often.

Would this be possible, I don’t seem to find such an option in the system.

Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for the information email, you can add a “File” field to your content type and from the field setting select “Number of Values” - (Unlimited), so you can download more than one document at a time that will create downloadable logo with many documents.
