  If I can add you, then I can just as well add Susan Hart.  I do have site admin role, but it was tossed to me w/o specific training.  I do have prior Drupal and system admin experience. Therefore, if no one else in your group can do this, just let me know and I’ll muddle through.

I see that someone put her in our system 2 days ago.  I simply had not RCVD a note about that.

I have proceeded to set her role as Editor

For this situation you can edit this person content and set up her roles as Editor.
