New Content not posting to home page

Hello,

I just added a new news article to our website (yceo.yale.edu), but for some reason it is not showing on the homepage– it only appears when I am logged in.   As far as I can tell, all settings are the same on this article as previous articles.   It is visible from the News page.  I am perplexed, any advice?
