need to add 2 non-yale people as admins to site

I have 2 non-yale employees who need to update the site and preferably have admin access. How do I go about granting them access?

I found the following information on the Yale ITS Website http://its.yale.edu/secure-computing/identity-and-access-management/acco…. In this section, there is information for obtaining NetIDs for people who are not Yale employees, students of staff. 

NETID’S FOR A NON-YALE EMPLOYEES (THOSE OTHER THAN YALE FACULTY, STAFF OR STUDENTS)
