nbsp spacing is not consistent on Chrome

Request Type:
Bug Fix
Author:

Issue/Request:

The spaces before the second-to-last words in titles are converted to   instead of normal spaces. This causes rendering problems on Chrome on Mac OS X, where (apparently), the character spacing and/or font settings cause   to be rendered too thin. See the image below, for example, where in the title the words “Research” and “Activities” render very closely on Chrome.

Hello Jeremy,

This issue was caused by outdated modules. Your site’s code was a few versions behind the current Drupal Version. I’ve deployed the latest code and its all set. Can you please confirm?

Josue

Hi Josue,

Thanks, that fixed the issue. Should we be updating the modules ourselves periodically?

Jeremy

Hello Jeremy,

We usually keep the modules up to date but don’t push the code out to the sites automatically. Clients have to make the request via Refresh My Site.
