Moving from 2012 template to 2016 template

Our Drupal web page is in the 2012 template format. Our lab needs to move it to the 2016 template before March. The goal is to have it meet the new University Accessibility requirements and so that is had the link to the Yale University Accessibility in the header of our web page. Thank you in advance for your support making this transition.
Our Drupal web page is int he 2012 template formate. Our lab needs to move it to the 2016 template before March. The goal is to have it meet the new University Accessibility requirements and so that it has the required link to the official Yale University Accessibility Policy in the footer of the basic page.
Otherwise, our web page seems okay.
