Missing publications content type and view

Hi, we’re trying to set up faculty publications according to the manual here, https://yalesites.yale.edu/book/faculty-publications but find that is not available on our site. Is there a module not enabled?
Just following up on this.
We are reading the online forum, instructions, Googling, asking everywhere but we are no nearer to finding why the publications content is not a part of the interface on this page: https://judaicstudies.yale.edu/
