Menu Problem

I just published a page, which should be linked to the “phenomena” menu, but it is acting really weird. If you go to the new page itself — http://ygdp.yale.edu/phenomena/forto — you see “for to infinitives” in the right place, alphabetically, in the phenomena menu to the left. But if you go anywhere else — such as http://ygdp.yale.edu/phenomena or any of the other pages (e.g. http://ygdp.yale.edu/phenomena/fixin-to), you see it show up – supposedly in the same menu – just as “for to” and at the bottom of the menu instead of where it is supposed to go alphabetically. I can’t figure out how to edit this – everything looks right in the List Links page where you can reorder them.
