Meeting to discuss migration to YaleSites theme

Dear YS,

I will be at 25 Science Park on Tuesday the 26th.  If possible I’d like to schedule a 30-minute meeting that morning with someone to discuss a potential migration of the Medical Library’s website from our current custom theme to one of the standard YaleSites themes.  I’m contemplating undertaking such a project later this fall, and it would be helpful to just kind of talk through the project planning that would be required - e.g. have other units on campus done it?  is there a blueprint/sequence that makes sense to follow to do it in the most efficient manner?  Does it even make sense to attempt this right now?  etc.  I don’t want to reinvent the wheel.  Alternately if Tuesday AM doesn’t work, could we schedule a time to chat over the phone?
