many different formating on bio pages

On my Team pages, there are many inconsistencies in how much info shows up on the basic page. So take, for instance: http://isps.yale.edu/team/directory/affiliated-fellow
We have three different views of this page: One with the first few lines of a bio (see Cynthia Farrar or Peter Swenson); one with the title of professor, address and email (see Joseph LaPalambaro or Mary Tucker) and one with just her name, title and nothing else (see Frances Rosenbluth).
How do I make this consistent? Ideally I would like it all to look like Peter Swenson’s with Name, Title, and the start of the bio.
Thanks for your help.
Hello Victoria,
The source of the content displayed is consistent on a person to person basis. The problem is that the individual content entered in the team member page is not. For instance, some have a Title entered and some don’t. The ones that have a phone, email, ETC. are entered in the body field of the member. So to get consistency you’d need to edit the individual team member pages to make sure they all contain the same information.

Thanks, Josue.
On the same page– on the main page of team bios, how do I turn on the “read more” or “…” so that people know this is only the beginning of the bio. I know their names are highlighted in blue and that links to their page, but I’ve had people ask me where’s the rest of my bio. If we had a “more” or “…” it would make it clearer to people that this is only the beginning of the bio.
Hello Victoria,
Because this view is built in a different way we had to go and add a “Read More” field to connect to the member page. Normally Its just a checkbox but since its built differently we had to use an alternate method. You should be all set now.
Josue
Perfect!
