Making Jobposting page more accessible

We would like to improve the functionality of our postdoc job opening site at http://postdocs.yale.edu/career-services/university-job-postings/research-teaching-postdoctoral-positions. Are there any Drupal modules that do any of the following:
- Provide an online job posting form so that faculty can upload their jobs directly to our site yet in a standardized way so that each job ad has a title, research field, posting date, etc?
- Allow applicants to submit a CV and cover letter for a given job posting? In the simplest system and email would be generated to the contact person in the job ad, but with a common subject line to identify it as coming from our website and for a particular job posting.

That functionality is no available in the current YaleSites installation nor is there in drupal.org. There are a few modules that do similar things but they are extremely outdated and have gone unsupported for over 5 years. Our recommendation would be to try and recreate that functionality with Content Types and Views or with Webforms.
