Local Backup

To whom it may concern,

I’m trying to download a copy of the database for the production instance of “yalecollege.yale.edu”, we’re about to start deleting some pages and would just like an archive.

I tried going through the Drupal site using the “Site Backup” module, but encountered an error:

I also tried to clone the database in GIT with the URL I have through Acquia, but I received a permission denied error.

Is there any way you could send me a backup via Secure File Transfer?
