Hi Yale Sites Team!

I’m trying to build a page with pictures & introductions to our 16 members. This would be my dreamt-of format : http://seas.yale.edu/faculty-research/faculty-directory

Thus a sort of table. Not a long list.

In the how-to-guide it says that tables are not for lay-out, but CSS is?
What is the easiest way to build this simple overview? I couldn’t find a forum on this topic yet.

Hello Stephanie,

That site is a D6 custom site that was built by a vendor. As far as I know they are using Semantic Views which is available in the D7 version of YaleSites but as far as configuring it, that is something we are not familiar with. We can give you the contact info for the vendor that created it and maybe they can help you set that up.

Otherwise It could probably be done with table/grid, but again that is not going to be responsive since that functionality was not built into the YaleSites themes.
