LDAP Integration on Acquia

Hi,

On our sites that have been moved over to Acquia we were told that CAS names would still hook up through LDAP to grab name, email, etc for users but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Our new CAS users aren’t populated with any additional information by default. Any way this can be resolved?
