this issue is in regards to this URL and the dev version.

for the last few days, when working in the dev version of our site i either a) keep getting access denied when i go to pages other then the main page or b) the admin menu goes away and the page loads like for a public viewer.

help!

Hi Eamonn,

I’ve seen what you described after people change their password. Have you done that recently? If so, I can try removing you as a user and adding again to see what happens. I also noticed that your email address was missing both on DEV and PROD so I added it, but I don’t know if that will make a difference.

Please let me know if you changed your password, and if you’re still having issues.

Hi again. I just cancelled and reentered your account in giving.yale.edu and dev.giving.yale.edu. Please see if you can work in Chrome on these sites now without getting kicked out, and let me know how it goes.
