Job posting board for alumni

Career services at the architecture school would like to create a job posting board for current students and alumni to log into and access job opportunities posted by the school.

i imagine such a “job portal” would require the ability for uses to post resume, bios, and questions to the general community, in addition to viewing job postings.

is such a technology already integrated into our existing drupal infrastructure?

how would we handle alumni logging in via CAS? Would their net Ids even work?

This type of functionality is certainly possible with your YaleSite, but it is not an out-of-the-box feature. It is something that would we would need to look at more closely to determine how best to go forward. Is this something you want to do in-house? or are you looking to work with an outside vendor?

Is this something you wan to add to your current site? We do have a 3rd Party authentication that can be incorporated in a YaleSite, but I will check to see if it can be added to an existing site.

In house … I am the person responsible for creating this functionality…it would be nice to have it incorporated into the existing site, if that’s not too difficult.
