Is it normal to have a lagtime of more than an hour on edits to webforms

I corrected a typo more than an hour ago and I am still unable to see the correction in IE and Chrome. I see the edit when logged in through CAS, but not otherwise. The typo is in the Jr. Principal Investigator Track Section of the form, the word is Infromation (corrected to Information.) Please advise as I planned to send a Messenger 3 message with links to the webform this morning,

Hello Tracy,

Normally when your edits do not show up immediately, you’d have to clear Cache (Home icon in top left > Flush All Caches) to get them to show. I’ve already done so for you. Can you please confirm the changes have been published?
