Issues with containers of content on home page

Please take a look at the screenshot of the lower half of the Grow website home page above. You can see that the pictures do not align as they should. Also, you can see that the text under the picture on the right goes beyond the boundary of the picture. This is a problem I would like fixed.

And there are more problems inside: When I click on each headline or each picture above, I get to another page, which I think is a basic page. It is really hard to control the interaction of the picture and the text in this WYSIWYG box, mostly because in edit mode the picture is not even part of the WYSIWYG box. Should I put the picture in myself and then decide on how I want the text to appear? Please advise. I believe this lower part of the site might be in the home grid view, but I’m not sure.
