hi,

i am setting up a webform that allows a user to select a person’s name from a list and when they click submit, the person gets an email.  i tested this out with only a few names before making the larger list and it worked fine, but now that we have the larger list, the email config page isn’t showing the component dropdown correctly.  please help!

thanks!

Hello Eamonn,

I noticed under the E-Mails tab the radio button is set to Address and the field is blank. Have you tried to check “Component Value”? I’ll test that and let me know if you get an email.

Nevermind I was looking in the wrong section. I’ll pass this along to see what we can find.

hi,

i just wanted to follow up and see if you have been able to find anything out on this.

thanks!!

Hi Eamonn, I looked at the issue and the problem is the email addresses aren’t associate with the names in place of the Key. The list should look like this:

eamonn.edge@yale.edu|Eamonn Crowley-Edge

nancy.flowers-mangs@yale.edu|Nancy Flowers-Mangs

Instead I’m seeing:

1|Eamonn Crowley-Edge

2|Nancy Flowers-Mangs

I turned off the FormBuilder UI Module to see if that was causing the problem. I hope this fixes it.
