Hello,

When we first developed the Chaplain’s Office site an Instagram feed module was added to the front page. Since I have taken over the role of managing this website, the feed no long updates and has been stuck on the same set of photos. Can you walk me through fixing the instagram feed on the website so when we post on Instagram it updates on the website as well.

Hello Mustafa,

To get the Instagram Feed working again you need to get a new Access Token.

You might need to also update the Client ID & Client Secret. This will get the Instagram Block working again.

So I updated the Client ID and Client Secret but when I tried to get the access token I received the following error message( below). When I am managing the Client on Instagram what do I put as the Web URL and the valid direct URI?

Hey I just wanted to circle back to this issue. As mentioned I tried to update the Client ID and Client Secret but was still unsuccessful in getting the Instagram linked. Would it be possible to meet in person to have this resolved?
