Individual access to edit personal page on Physics

I was under the impression that when a person logs in using cas they are able to edit their personal page, see http://physics.yale.edu/people/reina-maruyama. Per Reina she is able to edit everything except for the bio section. How do I set it up so that she (and anyone else in physics) can edit the text in all elements on their people page in physics?

This issue was resolved by resetting the CKEditor settings to defaults.
