Including Speaker/Performer from Bede Calendar to Drupal calendar

Hello - many of the website that are managed here at MacMillan have requested that the information for the Speaker/Performer be included when the bedework calendar is imported and displayed on their YaleSites Drupal page. For example, if you look at this posting, you’ll see there is not any speaker listed, however, on the “original event page” you can see that information.

The Bedework also lists the room number, which we would like to include on our Drupal pages as well.
Is there a way to do include this information aside from adding the speaker/performer to the description - we’d like to import that info.

Hi Lisa,
We can definitely help with this. I spoke with James Tucciarone, our resident Bedework expert. As this seems to be becoming a regular issue/request, he’d like to chat with Vincent first to see if we have any idea of when the module will be updated to include these fields. If not updating anytime soon, he can walk me through the mappings to get the extra fields to be included in the import.
I’m scheduled to meet with James on Monday. I’ll keep you posted.
