Importing information from current site to dev site

I am trying to link: https://east-a-60ols.csi-cloudapp.net/yale/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fYale%2ffrom our old website to the new website. Currently, I have the new site linking to the old link, but I am not sure if we will be able to use this link once we go live with the new website.  This link directs users to register for classes and membership and is an integral part of the website.  Please advise how to update/fix the link so it will remain valid for our new website.

Also, I was wondering if these club sports forms can be brought over from the current site to the new, dev site. The forms are: 

1. http://sportsandrecreation.yale.edu/club-sport-drivers-form

2. http://sportsandrecreation.yale.edu/club-sport-bus-request-form

Additionally, how do I import the galleries for club sports (http://sportsandrecreation.yale.edu/galleries/club-sports/club-sport-photos) and the OEC (http://sportsandrecreation.yale.edu/galleries/outdoor-education-center) to the new site? When on the dev site, I see that there are galleries labeled as OEC and Club Sports, but there are no actual pictures. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
