I am trying to place a border around the two images on this page. When I am in the editing window, the border shows up. As soon as I click okay and move to the live site, it disappears. Help!

Hi Rachel,
Image borders are done using CSS and are set on a global level. You can set them by clicking on Design Options under Appearance. Scroll down to Image Effects and click on Border around images.

I only want a border on the two photos in this news article–not all photos on the website. Is that possible?

The easiest way to add borders to just a few images is to add the border directly to the image before you upload the image.
