HTML Titles module not working

Issue/Request:

The HTML module was added to our site in May, but we haven’t been able to get it to work. I can see that the module is enabled on our site, but <i></i> tags still have no effect in the title field on basic pages, and they come through as text in the menu link title field. See http://ygdp.yale.edu/phenomena/all-the-further for an example.

Hello Jason,

The HTML Title module did not add functionality for Menu Items. We had to add another module called Menu HTML which did the trick. In order to be able to use HTML in the menu item, there is a checkbox that asks “Allow HTML” this will add the functionality so that the characters are recognized.

Thanks very much. I’ve confirmed that HTML tags are now working in the title field as well as (with the allow HTML box checked) in the menu title field.
