User of this site is having an issue adding HTML tags into the Help Text area. She adds <b></b> around text and the tags show up as is in the text after saving instead of making that text bold.

I just tested it and it seems to be working. You can confirm by going to add content > action items and see the bolded text i placed. Which browser & version are they using? It could be browser related.

Issue resolved offline. Changed the Description field from Plain Text to Filtered HTML so user can have the WYSIWYG Toolbar.
