How to enable caption display in Rotating Header Image?

Hello,

How to enable the caption display in the rotating header image in the front page of the following page?

Josue Rodriguez helped me to set up the caption display in the following page:

https://ywccleanroom.yale.edu/

I followed the exact Rotating header image view and block settings in above page but couldn’t reproduce the caption display.
