How to edit left frame

How do I edit how the links in the left frame? For example I need to add “(Resúmenes en Español)” behind “Spanish Translations”, much like how “(中文摘要)” appears after “Chinese Translations” in the same block.

Please let me know the path to access that block, thanks!

I fixed it for you and this is how I did it:

Site building > Menus > List Menus > Then click on Primary Links.

Here is the list of the menu links in the left sidebar. You can edit them by clicking edit at the right.
