I’m able to add and edit FAQ Categories, but can you tell me how to delete a category from the FAQs Category list.

Hello Kathi,
In the attached URL, you go to edit in the category and there is a delete button at the bottom. That should remove the category. You must remember that before deleting categories, you must make sure nothing is marked as that category or else Drupal will not let you delete it.
