Hours on our Site (urgent need to schedule closing on Labor Day)

Our site was built with a feature that would allow us to schedule our published hours on the home page ahead of time. Since going live in July we have not had to use this feature ourselves yet.

My training document says to use the “Scheduling Options” filed and for the life of me I do not see that field. I am I missing it?

Department hours are edited through a field on the department content type. Homepage hours
are controlled through a content type called “Homepage Hours”.
Only one Homepage Hours node may be published at a time. The website is setup to unpublish
all other Homepage Hours nodes when one is published. Homepage Hours nodes may be
scheduled to publish in the future.
To View Homepage Hours nodes scheduled for publication
1. Navigate to Content > Home Page Hours
2. The currently published node is indicated by a “Yes” in the “Published” column. If any
nodes are scheduled to be published in the future, they will have a date in the “Will
Publish On” column.
3. Scheduled nodes are published at midnight on the day they are scheduled for. When a
node is published, all other nodes are automatically unpublished.
To Add a New Homepage Hours Node
1. It is generally best to create a new Homepage Hours node by visiting a currently existing
node and clicking the “Clone Node” link at the top of the node page.
2. To schedule a node for publication, use the “Scheduling Options” field.
3. To add a department, “Add Another” in the “Home Page Hours Department” field.
a. Fill in the title of the department is given in the “Home Page Hours Dept Name”
field.
b. To add a set of hours to show on the homepage, click “Add Another” under “daily
hours”.
c. Add the text you would like to appear on the home page in the “Hours Text” field.
d. Check off the days of the week the hours text should be shown.
e. It is important to provide hours text for every day of the week for a department,
even if that department is closed. It is also important not to provide two values for
a day of the week.”
