Hope for immediate help with changing people type name

Hi, we’ve been trying to solve a problem through the forum for about a week and are running out of time. Is there a way to meet to resolve what may be a simple issue for you guys but mindboggling to us? It’s about changing the heading on the page above to “Research Scholars.” We’ve tried everything — i.e. Configuration  — People — Account settings —  Manage fields. We managed to add the Research Scholars people type and selected that (while unselecting the Senior Research Scholar). But there’s no resulting url active, i.e. …/people/research-scholars. We’re lost on this and the simple name/heading change is taking weeks. Is there a way to get this resolved faster?
