Help with some features in website

I would like to request for a time where I can discuss some problems that I have. Previously, I wrote my problems but I thought I was not clear so it could not be fully solved. 

Is it possible to request for a time so that I can sit with you and go through some of my problems I have been facing in that site,  for an hour or so?

  • Tuesday, March 15th from 10:00am-12:00pm.
  • Wednesday, March 16th from 10:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-3:00pm.
  • Thursday, March 17th from 10:00am-12:00pm.
