Help needed uploading a pdf file

Greetings,

I would like to upload a pdf file to the following url https://ires.yale.edu/WebPortal/Main.asp?Mode=COIUserSearch.  The error message I receive is “The selected file COI Travel Form.pdf could not be uploaded.  The file is 493.44 KB which would exceed your disk quota of 1 MB.

Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

The COI website is seperate from the IRES application and it’s support.  Please advise on how we can escalate this issue to get some assistance ASAP.  The form that cannot be posted is required for meeting federal regulatory requirements related to federal sponsored research funding.  It is an urgent and critical issue and we need help and support to resolve it.

My apologies…i reread above and I realize some clarification is needed.

We are trying to upload a PDF here:  http://coioffice.yale.edu/node/78/attachment

When we try to upload we get an error message.

“The selected file COI Travel Form.pdf could not be uploaded.  The file is 493.44kb which would exceed your disk quota of 1 MB.

If the file was being uploaded to the COI Website, then we have access to look into it. Let me look to find what the problem is.

We have resolved the issue. It was caused by security updates which were done on all Drupal 6 sites. The issue has been patched and resolved.
