help needed

I’m working with a designer (who is not at Yale) on the website for my project, and a member of the designer’s team has some technical questions, mostly regarding access to the server and the flexibility of the Drupal system. Who can we contact to get these questions answered?

Not being at Yale, the designer cannot post on this Forum, and I don’t want to have to play intermediary in asking the questions.
