HELP - Need to link a Workday PDF to a webpage

Issue/Request:
With the launch of Workday today, I need to add the guide that walks through how to select your benefits within Workday. I’ve added the text Manage Your Benefits to the Benefits Toolbox on the site and I’ve uploaded the Manage Your Benefits guide that I need to link to, however when I use the WYSIWYG tool to link the document, the system freezes.

Hi Josue,
I’m trying to add a link onto It’s Your Yale - Enroll that points to the Manage Your Benefits Guide which is on Workday and stored within the Enroll website as a PDF. I’ve saved the PDF to the documents repository with the Enroll site but when I try to create a hyperlink to it from the Benefits Toolbox page, it doesn’t work.

Yes, that is the document that I needed to link to. Thank you. What was I doing incorrectly?
Without seeing your procedure it would be hard to say if & what was done incorrectly. But to add a link you highlight the text, then select the link option in the WYSIWYG toolbar which brings up the link window. You would then change the link type to URL and select browse server. There you will see the list of files to select from and once you double click on the file and save (press ok) you should be all set.
