Having trouble accessing dev sites (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)

Hi guys,

I can’t reach these sites, wondering if there is a common server issue or if this is some common developer issue (<–me).

They all failed for me starting at the same time (May 12th I think).  I have tried with FF Safari and Chrome, as well as using ‘links’ on the command line to eliminate js and css.    Tried on various networks and phones.
