Issue/Request: 

Hello, 

I submitted the Go Live request last week and I believe the request should have been processed last night. I’m not sure how to tell if it worked or not. When I first tried to access the site without the dev part, it asked for a login and password.The I was directed to  http://web.library.yale.edu/sfd when I tried to access walpole.library.yale.edu. 

Am I missing a step in the going live process?

I escalated the problem and there is a Service Now ticket to solve it. I will follow it and let you know the minute I know more. I am hopeful that can be quickly resolved. I will keep you informed.
