Our Contact Us form is being spammed. I’m not sure what settings to change to help filter this out. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I enabled ReCAPTCHA for that webform. If you go to the form as an anonymous user, or try from an incognito window, you should see the CAPTCHA checkbox. This should prevent spam submissions.
