Flex Slider Rotating Header

In complicance with WCAG2 accessability (cited below) we’d like to update our homepage so that the images can be made to stop scrolling if the user clicks on it. I have been looking for ways to configure the block or solve this with CSS, but no luck. Is there some way to make this change?

“Items on the page should not automatically move, blink, scroll, or update, including carousels. If content does automatically move, blink, scroll, or update, provide a way to pause, stop, or hide the moving, blinking, scrolling, or updating.”
