Can you please let me know how to stop old events from 2014 from appearing as new events in 2015? The first event you see (April 1) occurred April 1, 2014. Is there a setting to stop this as a recurring event?
Josue Rodriguez on March 23, 2015:
Hello Ann,
The YaleSites calendar does not have a recurring event feature but it is possible an event was entered with a future end date. The other options is that your events are coming from a feed. To be sure I’d need access to the site to see your configuration. Can you grant me access to the site?

can you remind me how to give to give you access? Ann
Josue Rodriguez on March 24, 2015:
You can find me under People. Select edit and grant me administrator access so that I can take a look at your calendar settings and imports.

Hello Ann,
I took a look at your site and did not find any events in 2014 nor did I find any imports of events coming into your site. If you calendar data coming from an outside source or are they being entered manually?
