Editing People Fields

Issue/Request:

Hi,

I am trying to edit a field in People (Departments). I have gone to Configuration-People-Account settings-Manager fields-Departments. This is a list. I’m not sure where the list is pulling from. I need to add a couple departments to the list and there is no place to do this here. Is there another place I would be able to add to this list?

Hi Sarah,

The “Department” field is built by Taxonomy on your site, so you need to go to Structure>> Taxonomy>> Vocabulary Name select “Department” - then Add Terms (Add Name and Description) then Save.
