editing menu links office hours help request

I am editing a drop down menu. I would like to add another item to this menu and link it properly to the new content page. I have created the page but I do not know what to enter in the Path field. I can’t figure out what number node I ought to put in.

Hi Asha Shipman,

It would be my pleasure to help you. Please follow these steps:

  • CAS  in
  • On the new content page you created, Hover your mouse over the edit option.  Do not move you mouse. Take a look at the left bottom corner of your screen, the site’s url is listed / the node number.

For example:   yalesite.yale.edu/node/251/edit.        

for this example your node number is : node/251

 and Save
