Drop-down menus

I’m working in my dev site right now on adding drop-down menus to our main menu.  I activated the Superfish module and set everything up.  The problem I’m running into is that the expanded menus only show up in Firefox and on every other browser I try including on mobile you can’t see them.  For instance, on the main menu item “Graduate Programs”, it drops down to show 3 items: “Current Students,” “Prospective Students,” and “Program Guide.”  Each one of those when you hover should bump out to the right with more items, but you can’t see them except on Firefox.  Do you have any advice?
