Double Toolbar menu

Hi,

When on editing mode, I have two administrative toolbars which lower the layover windows and make it really hard to click on the save/cancel buttons at the bottom of the layover windows.

I can remove the second toolbar by uninstalling the toolbar module (after disabling the Yale Common module) but it is probably a bad idea to remove the Yale Common module.

Is there another way to remove the second toolbar without removing the module?
