Displaying an item on a page that sorts content type

Hi! I had to add a country to the list of sites for the Yale Day of Service and used “Manage Fields” to add Sri Lanka to the menu of sites. I then added a site in Sri Lanka. When I search for a site by selecting the country Sri Lanka in the pull down menu under the orange “Find a Service Site” box on the right of this page, Sri Lanka is there and the site comes up. I can also search for the site by keyword, including Sri Lanka. But, when I go to the indexed list of all sites that is displayed on this page and go to the international site list, Sri Lanka and its site are not displayed. How can I get it to come up here? Did I miss a step?

Hi Alisa,

You should be all set, the issue was from the International view>> edit view>> filter criteria- “Country field” need to include Sri Lanka with the rest of the list of Country.

Hi Alisa,

For your second issue with the incorrect alphabetized location filter, I found out that the issue was from Home >> Administration >> Structure >> Content types >> Service site >> Manage Field- go to “Country” field- edit the field then scroll down to Allowed values list >> go to Sir Lanka- this county added as LAN|Sri Lanka so is filtered by “LAN” value not by Sri Lanka, I fixed the value to be SRI|Sri Lanka. After that I tagged your content to Sir Lanka and fixed the view again.
