Deleting Blocks

I deleted a block from the top of the right hand sidebar of the main page (which had an embedded video) but it still shows up as black box when you go to the website. When I log in to edit the page, that block does not appear.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Patrick,

The reason for this is because the site didn’t load the changes as “deleting a block or adding content”, so I just clear your site cache. To clear cache you go to the Yale Logo in the top left and select Flush All Caches. This should clear your site’s cache and load the changes.

Now the sidebar block is disappear from the home page, please take a look and let me know if you still have the issue.
