Delete File That Cannot be Found on Site

Hello,
I cannot find where the above link resides to be able to remove it permanently. This faculty has requested for the chapter to be removed from the site as he has an updated version being published shortly. How would I remove this so it is not on our site, and not searchable. I’ve seen similar questions asked previously, but can’t find an answer that I can implement myself. Thank you!

There is a module called Fancy File Delete which would allow you to search for the file and permanently delete it. If you’d like I can help you with that but I’d need access to the site.
