Hi Yvonne;

I think the double degree listing is fixed. Take a look and make sure it looks the way you want it to.

This is how I did it:

  1. I went to an individuals page (doesn’t matter who) like http://dev.haskinslabs.org/people/heather-bortfeld#
  2. I clicked edit on that page
  3. When the edit overlay comes up, I clicked on the Manage Display tab
  4. I went to the row that has the Degree field and changed the drop down box for Format from Plain Text to Hidden.
  5. Now the field is not showing up because it is hidden.
  6. The Degree still shows up next to the person’s name after a comma because:
    • In the view for People Page, under fields,
    • Where is says User: name
    • If you clicked on that, you would see an overlay that has a check box for ‘Rewrite Results’
    • In the box below that is a Text Box with this information in it:  [name][field_degree]
    • This is code to tell the site to put the degree next to to the name.

I hope this helped.

Let us know via the forum if you need anything else.

Best Regards,

Carris
